There is not enough words to describe the work that Vaibhavi and Prayag did as wedding planners for our wedding.

My wife and I had originally hired them for the day of but as we started getting closer to the wedding, we realized we were getting frustrated and overwhelmed with the details and being on top of things. That’s when we decided to upgrade the package and hire them as someone who can coordinate with the vendors and help us with timeline and that was the single best decision we made for our wedding. They also became our therapists because my wife and I would go to them when we needed something and they were with us every step of the way. They would talk to the vendors and give us weekly reminders to make sure we had what we needed so when the wedding came, everything was prepared. The timeline they put together from the first event to the last really helped us picture how our wedding weekend would go.

As the weeks progressed and we started getting closer, we felt like we had everything good to go because of the effort that Vaibhavi and Prayag put in for planning our wedding. When the wedding weekend came, they executed the timeline to perfection. If we needed anything, they were right there to ensure all of our needs were met. They made sure every aspect of the wedding was flawlessly executed so we never felt like there was anything that we missed.

The single best compliment that a couple can get for their wedding, outside of food being amazing is when the guests come up to them and say everything was on time and every event of every hour occurred just as it was written on our website. The only reason this was possible was because of Vaibhavi and Prayag. The teamwork that they demonstrated was amazing and we cannot thank them enough. If I had to give one advice to other couples looking to hire wedding coordinators, it’s to save money elsewhere to hire Vaibhavi and Prayag as their wedding planners because they will be worth every single penny and they will help you plan a wedding that you will truly love and enjoy."
